Heart chakra lies on the spine, near the heart. It is a lotus flower with twelve petals and it shines in a green color, connected with the element of air. Within the lotus flower there are two interlocking triangles, which symbolizes the divine union of male and female as a source of all creation. The seed mantra syllable is Yam, and the sanskrit syllables on the petals represent divine qualities of the heart:
