Shipping and Returns

Thank you for choosing one of my pieces ♡ Here you can find how your order travels to you, and what happens if something isn’t right. If anything is unclear, write to me at products@leerah.com and I will gladly help.

Shipping

  • Wooden plates and other physical products: shipping is a flat 20 EUR per order.
  • For now I ship within the European Union only.
  • Every plate is handmade and nicely packed into a cardboard box before it goes on its way to you.
  • When you order, I will confirm by e-mail when your plate will be sent and when you can expect it.
  • If you pay with the PayPal button on a product page, the 20 EUR shipping is added at checkout.
  • Digital blueprints (the laser-cut blueprints) have no shipping: the files are sent to you by e-mail.

Returns

Every plate is personalised and initiated for the person it is meant for. That is why plates can’t be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Digital blueprints: by ordering a blueprint, you agree that I send you the files right away and that your right of withdrawal ends once they are sent (Article 16(m) of the same directive).

Damaged or defective plates

I check each plate by hand before I send it. If your plate still arrives damaged or defective, please write to me at products@leerah.com within 14 days of delivery and attach a few photos. I will replace it or refund it, including the shipping costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected: the legal guarantee for defects still applies.
